Waistband
The rubber bands on the waist and legs are key leak-proof bonding areas. We can adjust their quantity, width and elasticity to achieve different fit sensations and leak-proof effects.
Frantal Tape
It is used to adjust the tightness of the waistline, making it convenient to put on and take off for inspection. We can customize the elasticity, width and other aspects of the waist patch.
Absorbency Core
We offer customized absorption cores with low absorption rates. The ratio of SAP to villus pulp and the core structure can be adjusted according to requirements (such as night use, for boys and girls).
Logo
We offer logo customization and design services. You can customize your logo on the base film, front waist stickers, packaging bags and outer boxes.
Basksheet
We can customize ordinary PE films, breathable PE films, biodegradable films, etc. The base film can be printed with various colored patterns and brand logos, making it an important area for brand display.
Top Sheet
We can customize Topsheet raw materials for a softer touch. Different 3D Embossing embossing techniques can reduce the area of skin contact and enhance breathability.

Elastic Wasitband Custom
The elastic waistband is typically located at the back waist area of the diaper and, in some designs, also extends to the front waist area. It is formed by combining elastic materials (such as rubber bands or Lycra® fibers) with non-woven fabric or backsheet materials. This ensures breathability and allows free stretching during movement, preventing marks or any sense of restriction on the skin.

Absorbency Core Custom
The absorbent core is the "soul" component of a diaper, directly determining whether it can absorb quickly, hold a large amount, lock in moisture effectively, and keep the skin dry. We offer customization of various cores, thicknesses, basis weights, absorption performance, SAP types, and more, allowing customers to choose according to their needs.
Thickness and Basis Weight
Customizable thickness and basis weight tailored to the diaper's comfort and liquid absorption capacity.
Absorption Performance
Absorption performance determines how dry the baby's skin remains. Customizable parameters include total absorption capacity, absorption speed, liquid retention, and diffusion length.
SAP (Superabsorbent Polymer)
Options include regular SAP, high-speed SAP, and salt-resistant SAP (better suited for urine absorption). Different SAP ratios affect absorption speed and gel strength.
Topsheet Custom
The surface layer, also known as the skin-friendly layer or the drainage layer, is the top non-woven fabric layer of the diaper that comes into direct contact with the baby's skin. It is the first checkpoint of user experience, directly determining whether the baby feels comfortable, dry and whether it is prone to having a red bottom.
