Elastic Wasitband Custom

The elastic waistband is typically located at the back waist area of the diaper and, in some designs, also extends to the front waist area. It is formed by combining elastic materials (such as rubber bands or Lycra® fibers) with non-woven fabric or backsheet materials. This ensures breathability and allows free stretching during movement, preventing marks or any sense of restriction on the skin.

Fully Elastic Back Waist: The entire back waist area is elastic.
Widened Elastic Waistband: 
Increases the width of the elastic area, enhancing coverage and leak-proof security, particularly against back leaks.
U-Shaped/Curved Elastic Waistband: 
Designed to better conform to the natural curve of the hips, minimizing gaps and providing targeted leak protection.
Dual Elastic Waistband (Front and Back):
