This week, Elintree, a leading diaper manufacturer in China, was honored to welcome an important customer from South America to visit our factory. The visit fully demonstrated Elintree's production capabilities, high-level quality standards and determination to innovate in the hygiene products industry.

The customer visited our advanced adult and baby diaper production lines. Elintree currently has 15 fully automatic production lines, including newly imported advanced equipment, dedicated to the production of disposable adult diapers, adult pull up diapers and super absorbent pads. These equipment represent the latest domestic technology and can produce more than 300 pieces per minute, demonstrating our strength in both efficiency and scale.

As a manufacturer with Class I medical device certification, Elintree always adheres to strict quality and hygiene standards. Our production facilities are located in a Class 300,000 clean room, ensuring that all hygiene products are produced in a controlled environment. With an annual production capacity of 200 million to 1 billion pieces, Elintree is able to meet the needs of global partners.

The customers also visited our spacious and clean warehouses, which have strong warehousing and logistics capabilities.

In addition, we also showed our strong R&D capabilities to customers and took them around our internal laboratories, which are equipped with various advanced testing equipment for fungal and bacterial detection, as well as the measurement of product thickness, softness and overall performance. Strict quality control processes ensure product consistency and reliability.

After the visit, we had an in-depth discussion on product specifications, market demand and future cooperation opportunities. At the end of the visit, we had dinner together to enhance our mutual connections and cultural exchanges.
