Our pull-up pants are equipped with an advanced 3D Acquisition Layer, engineered with a sophisticated dual-structure design: precision-molded 3D embossed channels and a scientific multi-zone flow diversion system.   This innovative structural design creates a clear, unobstructed path for liquid to spread quickly across the entire layer.
The core function of this high-performance layer is to enable the rapid and uniform diffusion of urine, effectively preventing local saturation in a single area.   By distributing liquid evenly to the super absorbent core below, it maximizes the utilization of the core’s absorption capacity, significantly improving the overall absorption speed and reducing the risk of leakage caused by localized overflow.

We offer three distinct absorbent core structures for our disposable baby pull-up pants, each with unique characteristics to meet diverse market demands, product positioning, and customer preferences:
Traditional Core
Composed of a classic mixture of fluff pulp and super absorbent polymer (SAP), this core delivers fast initial absorption performance, making it a cost-effective choice for basic daily use.  However, its structural design means it is prone to clumping and bunching after repeated movement or prolonged wear, which may affect the consistency of absorption and comfort.
Composite Core
Engineered with a sophisticated multi-layer pressing process of dust-free paper and SAP, this core combines the advantages of rapid absorption and structural stability.  It features an ultra-thin profile while remaining completely clump-free and non-separating, even after extensive movement from active toddlers.  This makes it an ideal balance of comfort, performance, and value, suitable for most daily and nighttime use scenarios.
All-Core (Pure SAP Core)
Our premium core option, constructed with pure high-quality SAP and reinforced with non-woven fabric layers.  This innovative design achieves an extremely thin profile, providing maximum comfort and freedom of movement for babies.  It also offers exceptional absorption capacity and structural stability, making it the top choice for high-end product lines.
Absorption Capacity
The absorption capacity of all our core structures ranges from 300ml to 1000ml, which is directly proportional to the product size.  Smaller sizes (e.g., NB, S) are suitable for newborns and infants with a lower capacity of 300–500ml, while larger sizes (e.g., L, XL, XXL) are designed for active toddlers with a higher capacity of 600–1000ml.  The capacity can also be fully customized according to your specific requirements.

Working in tandem with our advanced absorbent core and 3D acquisition layer, the dedicated Retention Layer is a critical component of our product’s superior dryness system.   Engineered with high-density, liquid-locking materials, this layer serves two core functions: it creates an impenetrable barrier to prevent any backseepage of absorbed liquid, even under pressure, and it ensures the topsheet remains consistently dry and comfortable for your baby’s delicate skin.
To guarantee the highest quality and performance, we adhere to a strict industry-leading standard for our Retention Layer: the maximum allowable backseepage volume is ≤ 0.5g.   This rigorous quality control standard far exceeds the basic requirements of the market, ensuring that our pull-up pants maintain exceptional dryness performance even after prolonged wear or heavy absorption, effectively protecting babies from skin irritation and diaper rash caused by moisture backseepage.

The height of the leg cuffs is precisely designed to range from 35mm to 45mm, a perfect balance between optimal leak protection and wearing comfort.  This height range ensures full coverage of the thigh area to prevent liquid from seeping out, while avoiding excessive bulk that could restrict the baby’s movement or cause discomfort.
To ensure a secure fit for babies of different body types, the leg cuffs are made with high-quality elastic materials that meet strict performance standards: elongation ≥ 150%.  This excellent elasticity allows the leg cuffs to stretch freely with the baby’s movements, maintaining a snug fit without digging into the skin or losing its shape, providing reliable side leak protection all day long.
