How much do you know about adult diapers? | Elintree
01 The "Physical Structure" of Diapers
Generally speaking, diapers consist of three main parts: a cover layer, an absorbent core layer, and a base PE film
The cover layer: This layer directly contacts the body, ensuring rapid urine absorption and keeping the diaper's surface dry. The cloud-like, skin-friendly top layer enhances breathability, allowing water vapor to circulate outside the diaper, effectively dissipating moisture and heat. It's soft and non-irritating. Absorbent Core Layer: This layer's primary function is to quickly absorb urine, disperse it, or diffuse it throughout the core layer through its internal structure, ultimately absorbing and storing it.
Base PE Film: To prevent leaks, the base of the diaper is typically constructed with an oxygen-permeable, breathable PE film, which is breathable but not water-permeable.

02 Diaper Labeling ,Packaging Labeling:
According to my country's light industry standards for diapers (including diapers/pads), diaper packaging should include the following:
A.Product Name, Adoption Standard Number, Implementation Hygiene Standard Number, Production License Number, and Trademark;
B.B. Manufacturer's Name and Address;
C. Product Type, Quantity, and Grade;
D. Product Production Date and Batch Number.
Comparative Trial-Even different series within the same brand may vary in length, width, and size. We select products based on the patient's specific needs. You can purchase a trial pack from the store first.Start with a small purchase to see the results before deciding on the final brand and product.
03 Diaper Selection Criteria
Fit: It is crucial that the diaper the patient wears daily fits snugly. Diapers with elastic designs can accommodate the patient's lying, turning, sitting, and walking movements.
Absorbency: High absorption capacity. Diapers with high and fast absorption capacity can reduce the time urine stays in contact with the skin, reducing the chance of bacterial infection.
Dryness and No Back-Wetting: Diapers that don't absorb urine quickly can accumulate on the surface, leaving the bottom with a wet surface, which can be very uncomfortable and can cause allergies.
Breathability: Diapers with good breathability protect the patient's sensitive skin and allow it to breathe.

04 Three-Step Diaper Trial
First: Have the caregiver wipe the patient's bottom clean with a wet wipe or gently wipe it with a towel dipped in warm water. Cleaning the bottom helps reduce the possibility of skin irritation.
Second: Apply a protective cream after wiping. Consult your doctor's advice.
Third: Change the patient's bottom into a new diaper
05 Diaper Changing Schedule
In principle, diapers should be changed whenever they become wet or soiled, generally no later than four hours. They should also be changed whenever there is a bowel movement. The following time periods are recommended:
1. Before bedtime.
2. Half an hour after drinking water.
3. Early morning/after waking from a nap.
4. Half an hour after meals.
06 Tips
Handwashing: Caregivers should w to prevent contact ash their hands thoroughly before changing diapersof bacteria from their hands with the patient's skin.
Proper Storage: Diapers should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area indoors, away from direct sunlight, to prevent moisture from the floor and avoid contact with chemical contaminants.
