1.Performance differences:‌ Hot air non-woven fabric is a non-woven fabric that is made by combing short fibers into a web, and then using hot air from a drying equipment to penetrate the fiber web, causing it to be heated and bonded. It has a three-dimensional structure and good resilience. The pores of the fibers can temporarily store liquids that are more than 10 times their own weight. It also has many through holes, low density, and a loose structure, which is conducive to the rapid transmission of urine. 

Spunbond non-woven fabric is formed by extruding and stretching polymers to form continuous filaments, which are then laid into a web and then formed into a non-woven fabric by self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding, or mechanical reinforcement. It has excellent mechanical properties, and its tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength and other indicators are excellent, but its softness and breathability are not as good as hot air nonwoven fabric.

2.Test indicator differences: Compared with spunbond non-wovens, hot air non-wovens are softer and more breathable. This means that diapers with hot air surface layers can fit tightly to the baby's body, promote rapid urine penetration and effectively prevent back-seepage, keeping the surface of the diaper dry.
3.Difference in touch:‌ Diapers with hot air non-woven surface feel soft and comfortable, fluffier and softer, while spunbond non-woven surface feels thinner and harder.
