Step 4: Cutting and Folding – From Continuous Web to Finished Unit
After assembly, the continuous composite web moves to the cutting station.

A rotary die cutter—engineered to micron-level precision—cuts the web into individual diaper units. The cutting process is continuous and high-speed, with minimal tolerance for deviation. -
Folding
Each unit is then passed through a folding mechanism, typically performing a tri-fold (or other predetermined fold) to reduce the product to its final compact shape. Proper folding is essential for smooth downstream packaging.

Step 5: Quality Control – A Multilayer Assurance System
